Ogus are stout aquatic mammals with flippers and sturdy heads. They have a hump on their back, and sport a large flat rudderlike tail.
Overview
Loyal, obedient, and highly food-motivated, the ogu is an important beast of burden across multiple lissa cultures.
Ogus are a plump aquatic mammal that can temporarily galumph onto land to rest. It has been thoroughly domesticated and is considered a friendly and affectionate creature.
Ogus are most commonly used to pull boats, cargo, and in some cases lissa themselves, through the water. They are hooked up to their cargo via harnesses and ropes. Some ogus are bred for speed while others for strength.
Many lissa train ogus to perform tricks for entertainment purposes, such as rolling over, raising a flipper, or "singing."
